Who I am and how I work.
I'm French by background and raised in Spain. Project and operations profile with a business-development edge. I transform complex scenarios into clear plans: priorities, calendar, follow-ups, and clean execution. I'm comfortable with clients, but I'm at my best coordinating internally. On-site or remote, I stay calm, communicate clearly, and solid CRM/reporting habits.
I like building things on my own. That's why I've shipped projects like Nippon Games and a long self-managed travel operation. Different worlds, same mindset: structure, follow-through, and human communication.

I've always been the type to push ideas into reality, even when there's no perfect setup. The projects on this site are proof of that: I take something from zero, put structure around it, and carry it to the finish.
I adapt fast. New country, new team, new language, new routine. I observe, I connect, and I start moving. I'm considered a chameleon in how I blend into new environments and contribute from day one.
In high-pressure contexts, what I bring is calm execution and clean communication. I'm comfortable managing conversations, negotiating small frictions, and keeping the operation smooth. Not just with customers, also with colleagues, managers, partners, and anyone involved in delivery. I care about people feeling understood because it avoids confusion and keeps momentum.
I don't position myself as a pure specialist. I'm cross-functional by nature, and I'm most valuable where coordination, operations, and business development overlap: calendars, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, reporting, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
